Refund Policy

• All consultation fees paid are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been

delivered in full, except in the exceptional cases below.

• Refunds may be processed in the event of erroneous payment (duplicate, wrong amount),

failure in payment processing, undelivered or deficient services, or cancellation by the Clinic.

• To request a refund, clients must notify Psycortex Pvt. Ltd. in writing within 3 business days

(max 7 business days) of payment (or upon discovering the error).

• Upon verification, approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, via the

original mode of payment (or alternate if mutually agreed).

• If we do not comply within reasonable timelines, you may have legal recourse under the

Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

• We do not accept chargebacks without due justification; clients must communicate with us

first before initiating a chargeback.

• This policy is subject to change; the version on our website / agreement at the time of your

booking applies.

• Subscription

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

• Exception: If you contact us via our registered email (care@psycortex.in) or phone (+91

87670 27078) within 7 business days of payment, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

1. Nature of Services

• The consultations provided by Psycortex Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”) are based on established

psychological principles, counselling methods, and professional expertise.

• Counselling outcomes depend on multiple individual factors, including the client’s openness,

interpretation, and follow-through. Hence, results are not guaranteed.

• Guidance provided by the Company is advisory in nature. Clients are free to accept or reject the

advice.

• These consultations do not constitute medical treatment, legal advice, or contractual

obligation. By availing of the services, the client acknowledges that no legal liability arises solely

from the advice given.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing the website psycortex.in (“Website”) or availing of services (“Services”), you agree

to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Website

and Services.

• If you choose to purchase any service through our website, you may be required to provide

• Payments are processed through secure RBI-regulated gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit

Cards, Wallets). The Company does not store your sensitive payment details (such as CVV or card

numbers) in compliance with RBI tokenization guidelines and the Information Technology

(Reasonable Security Practices & Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information)

Rules, 2011.

• By making a payment, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate and that

you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

• We do not compel clients to purchase any product or service. Participation is voluntary and

based on client discretion.
